    Essentially we set things up for you in the Admin Area on your behalf. See table above for precisely what is included.

  2. What limitations are there?

    To offer a flat fee it is necessary to offer a consistent service. We therefore limit the amount of time spent on any one site.

  3. Is the cost of the set-up-service on top of the monthly fee?

    Yes, you pay the usual monthly subscription fee from the point you sign up. The Set-Up fee is a onetime initial cost.

  4. Can I take this out at a later date?

    Yes, this can be taken out at any point. You can start the site set-up yourself. If you then decide, at a later time, the Set-Up Service is for you just contact us.

    Custom coding or features
    Changes to business logic or how things "work"
    (including product pages and checkout flow)
    Creation of custom product data
    (you supply your data in our format)
    Inputting your sensitive data
    (i.e. passwords or API keys)
    Adding custom API suppliers

  2. So why the limitation?

    Like any industry, there can be many different skills or levels of expertise required.

    This service is meant to help you get up and running, but it would not cover the cost for a team of developers to add/change features.

    We use the same Admin Area you have access to, in order to set your site up on your behalf.
